Before you can create or shape an organization’s culture, you need have to have deep corporate self-awareness. To achieve this awareness, Brent Chapman will help with understanding the framework required and techniques to understand where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there. Leveraging a career of building strong corporate cultures, Brent will focus on the core components of the framework needed and will share step-by-step guidance in how to build a positive, winning, cult-like corporate culture and how to make it stick.
About the Speaker
Brent Chapman is a technology executive with over 18 years’ experience who currently serves as chief information officer and chief information security officer of RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation. Prior to joining RoundPoint, Brent served as director of enterprise technology for Ocwen, where he led more than 400 IT professionals across multiple sites and disciplines. Before that, he spent more than 7 years in management at Dell Services/Perot Systems.
He is an expert in digital transformation, project management, and infrastructure, among others, and has successfully built, managed, and led large IT organizations. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and has an MBA from Oakland University and a BA from Carthage College.
Brent was named to the Charlotte Business Journal “40 Under 40” list for 2018. In addition, Brent was a finalist for the 2019 D-Magazine CIO of the Year Award, 2019 Dallas Business Journal ORBIE CIO of the Year, 2018Charlotte Business Journal CIO of the Year ORBIE Award, and 2018 Dallas Business Journal ORBIE CIO of the Year Award. Brent is the first CIO to be an ORBIE Award finalist in two different cities in the same year.
