Welcome to Economic Development Partnership

The partnership, a non-profit organization, has been primarily responsible for facilitating the addition and retention of more than $1.5 billion in new commercial tax base and more than 16,000 jobs since 1995. Helping to achieve these goals is a distinguished group of more than 50 private business investors, who give annual financial and leadership support, and have chosen to join hands with the City of Garland and the Garland Independent School District in the never-ending task of enhancing the community of Garland through quality growth and retention.
