The partnership, a non-profit organization, has been primarily responsible for facilitating the addition and retention of over $1 billion in new commercial tax base and over 14,000 jobs since 1995. Helping to achieve these goals are a distinguished group of over 40 private business investors, who give annual financial and leadership support, and have chosen to join hands with the City of Garland and the Garland Independent School District in the never-ending task of enhancing the community of Garland through quality growth and retention.
