The Dallas County Manufacturers' Association
Garland is one of the largest manufacturing cities in the state of Texas with more than 375 manufacturers.
These thriving businesses have been supporting the Garland economy through highly varied product production for decades. In 2006, the Chamber saw a growing need for a focused effort on providing specialized services for the many manufacturers who call the city home. As a means to further accomplish the vision of the Garland Chamber, which is to grow the viable economic base of Garland, the Dallas County Manufacturers’ Association (DCMA) was established to serve this valuable business segment.
The Mission of the DCMA is to provide the Dallas County manufacturing community with the best opportunities to be sustainable in the global marketplace through facilitating workforce development, advocacy at the local, state and national level, and the sharing of best practices among its members.
