Manufacturers from all around Dallas County will be in attendance as the Dallas County Manufacturers’ Association, together with the Garland Chamber of Commerce, hosts the 2nd Annual Manufacturing Day Appreciation Breakfast on Oct. 2, 2015.
In honor of National Manufacturing Day, which occurs each year on the first Friday of October, the DCMA and Garland Chamber invite area manufacturers to attend an Appreciation Breakfast in their honor. This event serves to recognize the significance of manufacturing in the global economy and express our gratitude for the positive impact of the industry in Garland, Texas.
Michael Anleitner, Senior Principal Quality Engineer for Lennox Residential Heating & Cooling, will headline the event with an industry-relevant presentation on process improvement. Informed by personal expertise and years of experience in a $2 billion business encompassing four manufacturing facilities, two engineering centers, a large North American distribution network, and a world-wide supplier base, Anleitner is sure to engage his peers with proven solutions for efficiency and quality.
This exclusive, invitation-only event will take place at the Garland Chamber of Commerce and is made possible in part by title sponsors Veritex Community Bank and TMAC, as well as a number of supporting sponsors. Manufacturers in attendance will be presented with gifts and a complimentary breakfast as Garland companies, elected officials and community stakeholders celebrate the contributions and achievements of local industry.
