Registration fees are refundable if a cancellation notice is received by 12 p.m. CST on Friday, August 28, 2026 via phone or email. Registration fees are non-transferable.
The Garland Chamber Golf Tournament is a rain or shine event with no refunds provided; however, if the event does not occur due to inclement weather (as determined by the golf course), the event will be rescheduled to a later date. If an agreeable date is not available, Firewheel Golf Park will offer a rain check to each of the players for the round of golf.
If the Garland Chamber Golf Tournament is shortened or cancelled due to weather or the like, all players are expected to return their respective scorecard to the Firewheel Golf Park staff in the Jerry Andrews Pavilion, regardless of the number of holes they have completed.
