The Garland Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us as business takes a step outside for the 39th Annual Chamber Golf Tournament. This year, we will host 200 individuals for a fun day of golfing and fellowship on the Lakes and Old courses at Firewheel Golf Park! The tournament offers a variety of options for everyone to participate.

Make the Most of Your Time at the Tournament 

Become a Sponsor: Build a team of potential clients, valued customers, or stand-out employees, and market your business. Player information isn’t needed until mid-August.
Host a Tee Box: Set up a tent, games, contests, or other creative promotions, and interact with each team of golfers as they come by.
Volunteer: When you sponsor a snack cart, you have the opportunity to volunteer. From greeting to ticket sales, there are various opportunities to volunteer your time to help make this tournament the best it can be!
Donate a prize: Consider donating door prizes such as dinners, gift cards, hotel accommodations, sports tickets, etc. ($25 minimum)

Refund Policy

Registration fees are refundable if a cancellation notice is received by 12 p.m. CST on Friday, Sept. 1, 2023 via phone, fax, or email. Registration fees are non-transferable.  

Refund Weather Policy
The Garland Chamber Golf Tournament is a rain or shine event with no refunds provided; however, if the event does not occur due to inclement weather (as determined by the golf course), the event will be rescheduled to a later date. If an agreeable date is not available, Firewheel Golf Park will offer a rain check to each of the players for the round of golf. 

Weather Contingency Plan
If the Garland Chamber Golf Tournament is shortened or cancelled due to weather or the like, all players are expected to return their respective scorecard to the Firewheel Golf Park staff in the Jerry Andrews Pavilion, regardless of the number of holes they have completed.
