About the Speaker

Speaker Jennifer Loehding

Jennifer Loehding is a health and business coach, blogger, podcast host, speaker, and author. She and her husband have three children, some of whom share her passion for running. Within the last half year this intrepid entrepreneur has written a book and started a podcast. Her memoir—Beat the Toughest Obstacles—highlights the period in her life when she was able to recover from the pain and frustration that comes with a diagnosis of Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia.

After years of getting no answers from medical professionals, Jennifer decided to find the best path to healing for herself. Relentless research and dogged determination allowed her to sneak around the sabotaging behaviors in her own life, and she now lives pain and medicine free!

Now her desire is to teach people tips that will help them TOO to have exponential growth. She has channeled her energy and enthusiasm into the podcast—Starter Girlzwhich she hosts every Tuesday.

She interviews athletes, entrepreneurs, and individuals who are starting projects, starting businesses, starting brands, or starting movements, highlighting the strengths that have helped them not only succeed but overcome the challenges they have faced and that often present themselves.

Jennifer likes empowering people to achieve success by helping them recognize sabotaging behaviors—their source and how to get around them.
