WBe in June is going to be HYBRID! The Garland Chamber is excited to host WBe in person on June 16, 2021. There will be a capacity limit due to our location, so be quick to sign up! When you register for the event, you will be given a choice between virtual or in-person. Only the first 75 people to select in-person will be allowed to attend, while the rest will attend virtually.
If you choose the in-person option, please provide advance notice if that should change. This will allow us to open that option to others who are interested in attending in-person.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Face coverings are recommended as an added precaution; however, not required.
- Maintain good hygiene at all times – washing & sanitizing your hands as needed throughout the program or event.
- Monitor your health to determine whether you should attend in person gatherings. Should you experience any symptoms of illness or if you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home. Should you experience symptoms after attending, please notify Chamber staff immediately.
- Keep your distance from fellow participants – 6 feet as is possible. Shaking hands is discouraged.

About the Speaker
After 12 years in the Real Estate Industry, Nikki has found herself an expert in preparing a Home for Sell. Starting out in Flooring Sales, she has presented to hundreds of Realtors, Brokers and Investors about how they can partner with her to freshen up their listings with new floors. In that 12 years, Nikki has served several organizations including The Metrotex Board of Directors as The Affiliate Liaison and The Affiliate Board Chair, The Affiliate Committee Chair/Vice Chair, YPN Community Service Chair, Women’s Council of Realtors Ways & Means Committee Chair, Secretary (4 Years), and Parliamentarian. As a requirement of The Metrotex Leadership Academy, Nikki also took a required Spokesperson Training Course. The transition into full time Design/Staging has prompted Nikki to educate Agents how to partner with a Staging Company, so she wrote the class “Confessions of a Professional Home Stager”. This class has been presented to hundreds of Realtors and has been a great tool for Agents to understand the process of partnering with a Stager to market their listings with Home Staging.
