About the Speaker
Guy Lawson began his marketing communications career in 1980 after graduating from the University of Texas in Austin. He has worked both as an agency art director and as a corporate communications specialist.
Guy founded Lawson Communications in 1988 as one of Texas’ first virtual ad agencies. Utilizing a tight-knit group of freelance talent, he began providing agency quality marketing and advertising materials at a fraction of the traditional cost. With a focus on B2B clients, he quickly developed a business around telecom and tech clientele.
For the past 20 years, Guy has worked as a communications consultant, assisting clients with marketing and training strategies along with employee motivation and culture building. He also actively assists a number of local non-profits with marketing and fund raising efforts.
