About the Topic
What's more impactful? Telling someone a fact, or telling someone a story that brilliantly illustrates the fact you were trying to communicate? I believe you can make anyone care about anything you have to say. You just have to figure out the right way to tell them. Let's explore the tactic of brand storytelling, shall we?
About the Speaker
Adam Hernandez represents the “LUV Airline” as a Social Media Specialist on the External Communication team. He communicates on behalf of Southwest Airlines, and his content creations can be found on the company social media pages. His objective is to create unique and engaging ways to administer the Southwest gospel on social. He has managed the social team during landmark events: unveiling a bold new look for the airline in 2014, the repeal of the Wright Amendment that restricted long-haul flights from Southwest’s Love Field, and the announcement of Southwest’s intent to serve Hawaii. If you follow Southwest’s social channels, you might see Adam in a live stream or two. In six-plus years at Southwest, his experience across many workgroups and teams has made him an expert on the legendary Southwest Culture.
