Leadership Garland Committees
There are so many opportunities to continue what you’ve started in Leadership Garland, many of which are made possible through the robust Leadership Garland Alumni program. As an alumni, you may be eligible to serve on the following committees. To apply, simply download, sign and date the appropriate Committee Guidelines and Application document for the committee you're interested in serving with.

Leadership Garland Alumni Committee
This committee plans alumni events including, but not limited to, happy hours, service projects, the annual leadership luncheon, and local business tours.

Leadership Garland Community Fellowship Breakfast Committee
This committee, as the name implies, coordinates the annual Leadership Garland Community Fellowship Breakfast, which occurs in December. Responsibilities include everything from identifying a keynote speaker to determining a community-focused theme.

Eligibility for Committee Service:
- All committee members must be graduates of the Leadership Garland program
- All committee members must be members in good standing of the Garland Chamber of Commerce*
- All committee members must be members in good standing of Leadership Garland Alumni ($30 annual dues)
Alumni Dues Payment Information:
- The cost of membership in Leadership Garland Alumni is $30, invoiced annually to interested program graduates.
- Membership in Leadership Garland Alumni is voluntary. Should you wish the be invoiced for membership, please contact Diane Whitlock at diane.whitlock@garlandchamber.com or call 469-326-7447.
- Leadership Garland graduates who complete the program in May of the current calendar year are granted complimentary Alumni membership for the remainder of the year. An opporunity to pay dues will be extended in January of each year following.
