Our Mission
Established in 2006, the DCMA’s mission and purpose is to provide our 300+ Garland-based manufacturing professionals with the resources they need to succeed in an ever-changing global economy. We address the needs of the manufacturing community by providing peer-driven solutions, grant information, partnerships with entities, and training & development to current challenges in the workforce, as well as building a workforce pipeline of ready-to-work college students.

Conducted twice a year, this program equips manufacturing employees with the skills they need to take on advanced leadership roles. Designed in partnership with the Dallas College | Garland Center, participants learn to apply skills in goal setting, communication, change management, conflict management, and more.
